GSK have appointed CGA on various projects all under the banner of project Cleo.

The Project was situated in Whitechapel within the Queen Mary's Innovation Centre New Road.

Colworth Science Park is a research and development site in Bedfordshire.

The Project was situated in Wellcome Trust Genome Campus Hinxton. The Project consisted of installing a new CLT2 laboratory research site for Wellcome Trust who one of the leading reach and development companies in field in Genomics research.

Project consisted of an entire over haul of the existing façade with the introduction of a new vitra Bond cladding system, new windows throughout, New guttering system.

CGA’s in-house Ceilings and Partitions team and Chorus Group completed the fit out of two adjoining listed buildings located in Knightsbridge.

The works included - Underpinning to party wall - Structural steel installation to form new levels and opening

CGA carried out the renovation of Colworth House, a Grade II * listed manor house within Colworth Science Park in Bedfordshire.

St Augustine’s Church is part of a regeneration project in Hammersmith. The interior of the church has been transformed into a more attractive and light-filled building.

The building was occupied during the works and undertaken behind hygienic hoarding. CGA worked closely with the client and occupants to ensure that there was total segregation between CGA and the floors occupants.

Completed ecological and asbestos removal services at a former MoD site in Bicester, constructing a bat roosting barn and preparing warehouses for demolition

CGA completed a £1m, 18-week rooftop restaurant fit-out at Cornus, Belgravia, delivering a stunning mid-century modern design with bespoke finishes and state-of-the-art facilities.

CGA revamped The Goldsmiths Centre reception in Farringdon, London, enhancing security and aesthetics with a new integrated reception desk, security upgrade and custom signage, ensuring minimal disruption during busy times with exhibitions.

CGA completed 7 modern shop fronts in Spitalfields Market, extending existing retail units with dedicated heat/cooling systems, high-performance glass/curtain wall materials, sedum green roof, and a traditional high street shopping feel.

CGA was appointed by Knight Dragon to convert the first floor into a modular, individually monitored office layout with partitions, dado trunking, lighting, and fire alarms. The project included mechanical adjustments, flooring, fire alarms, intercoms, and tenant distribution boards.

CGA took on C4 Canteen in Greenwich Peninsular. The project involved a refresh of the finishes of the C4 Canteen areas, including lighting, heating, flooring, and signage, ready for the 2022 World Cup.

CGA converted two floors of a client CAT B fit-out to CAT A in Shepherdess Walk, working in a live building with close interface on emergency strategy.

CGA completed phase 2 of the Hemel Hempstead Sopra Steria head office project, including a new vehicle entrance, repairs and spray painting, new windows, cladding system, steel work, automated doors, and landscaping.

Clive Graham Worked with our repeat business client GSK to design, manufacture and introduce a new site wide LED lighting scheme, new underground carp park surface finishing and Dot matrix site wide intelligent vehicle recognition occupancy signage.

Phoenix Court is the first project CGA have delivered for Camden Council. Situated near Kings Cross, the project consisted of the strip-out and refurbishment of an existing underground car park to deliver a new cycle store, shower and changing room facility.
