Clive Graham Associates (CGA), is an established construction company that has been operating for over 25 years.

Our solution focused team have the expertise to deliver high quality traditional and design and build contracts, specialising in fit out and refurbishment across London and the South East

Our clients, consultants and design partners value our hands on approach. We work collaboratively to overcome logistical challenges, often within complex and occupied buildings.

Senior Management Team

John Wistow

Managing Director

John has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, beginning his career as a Quantity Surveyor working client side as PM/QS before moving over into contracting. John has a BSc in Quantity Surveying, is a member of the RICS and has a Masters in Contract Law. 

John joined Tier 1 Wates Interiors in 2000 and worked as Commercial Manager for almost a decade reporting directly to the board and was responsible for 50% of £100m turnover working on major projects such as commercial fit out, data centre construction and cut and carve. 

He later bought into Clive Graham Associates (CGA) in 2011, to turn it from a ceilings and partitions subcontractor into the specialist main contractor it is today, taking it from £1m turnover to £15m turnover business.

Natalya Tonkins

Strategy Director

Natalya has worked within the construction industry for almost 15 years across, across both public and private sectors. She is an experienced marketing and business development professional who began her career in Bid Writing before moving into more client facing and preconstruction management roles.

At CGA, Natalya is responsible for overall business strategy, preconstruction tender enquiries, marketing and management of our Bid & Marketing Manager. 

Natalya is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has achieved a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing in 2021 in addition to a B.A. in English Language and Literature.

Dan Mason

Commercial Director

Dan began his career in the construction over 15 years ago, commencing as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Wates where he first met and worked alongside many of the founding CGA Team.

In 2013, Dan joined CGA and quickly progressed from Quantity Surveyor to Commercial Manager, before being promoted to the Senior Management Team as Commercial Director. Dan is responsible for overseeing our surveyors and accounts teams. 

Dan works closely with the site teams and client, whilst maintaining supply chain and subcontractor relationships. He is committed to delivering successful projects to meet the client’s aspirations on both budget and quality.

Dennis Whyatt

Contracts Manager

Dennis joined CGA in 2015 and began his career in construction studying quantity surveying achieving a BSc and Master’s before moving into the operations side of construction. 

As a visiting contracts manager, Dennis oversees our site management teams, is responsible for maintaining health and safety standards, attends design management and progress meetings and interrogates our project programmes and phasing to ensure a smooth and safe project delivery for our clients.
