Challenges: During the soft strip and demolition we discovered some bitumen asbestos when removing existing floor finishes that was not on the client demolition and refurbishment survey
Solution: We absorbed the delay through total segregation of the floor finish removal and maintain original programme duration with minor disruption to the programme.
